What is it?

It is the first FDA-cleared energy device approved to burn fat and build muscle mass at the same time. Ems contracts muscles beyond what is possible through voluntary effort, resulting in better muscle tone and enhanced fat reduction.

How does it work?

Ems works by directing highly focused electromagnetic energy to the targeted area, forcing the muscles to contract to 100% and holding it there for up to six seconds.

No matter how strong, the average human can only contract their muscles up to 30% capacity, holding it for just a fraction of a second. Because of this ratio, one 30 minute session is equivalent to up to 20 thousand contractions.

Post Treatment

Ems requires no downtime or recovery time. Some may experience minimal muscle soreness, but nothing as intense as what you would feel from a traditional workout. This is because during the 30 minute session, there will be different pulses - one being a very fast paced rhythm. What this specific rhythm does is break up any lactic acid before it can form in the muscles - a build up of lactic acid is what causes muscle pain and soreness the next day.

Is it safe?

Ems has been clinically tested for safety and efficacy through seven independent US-based clinical studies.

The clinical study results are as follows:

• 25% reduction of fat

• 30% increase in muscle mass

• 11% reduction in abdominal muscle separation (called diastasis recti)

• 5x increase in fat metabolism (apoptotic index increased from 19% to     92% after treatment)

• 80% patients with visible lifting effect of buttocks

When will I see results?

You will start to notice results first including posture improvement, decreased fatigue during exercise, faster recoveries after the gym. Most patients notice visible results around 4-6 weeks post-treatment, and clinical studies have shown that results can continue to improve for up to six months.

How long will results last?

If you work out once and never go back to the gym, those muscle atrophy, and the same is true for muscle mass gained by EMS. You can expect to keep your results for six months to a year, but it is recommended that you keep these results up with a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise.
